Rose Madder in the Dimension Acrylic Premium range is a soft, warm rose-pink based on PV19 (Quinacridone Rose), positioned between the vivid brightness of Magenta and the depth of Carmine. Its semi-transparent character gives it the gentle luminosity of a rose petal or warm flesh highlight: it never reads as harsh or overtly pink, but as a warm, delicate colour with natural depth. In the ultra-thick heavy body formula, it holds knife marks and impasto texture without slumping. Dries to a gloss finish with a Blue Wool Level 7+ lightfast rating.
