Mauve is a pre-mixed soft, muted purple-pink in the Dimension Acrylic Premium range, combining the depth of Dioxazine Violet with white to arrive at a dusty, romantic tone that reads as the colour of dried lavender, shadow on pale fabric, and atmospheric distance in landscape. It sits between the brightness of Magenta and the depth of Purple, offering a quieter, more restrained middle ground. In the ultra-thick heavy body formula, it holds palette knife ridges and brushstroke marks without slumping. Dries to a gloss finish with a Blue Wool Level 7+ lightfast rating.
