Mixed media paper is the everyday workhorse in our studios. It takes a fineliner without feathering, a marker without bleeding everywhere, and a wash of gouache or watercolour without falling apart. At 250gsm it has enough body to handle a bit of water and a bit of glue.

The micro-perforated top edge is the quiet hero. Finished something you love? Tear it out cleanly, trim nothing, and it is ready to pin up, scan or slip into a frame. Pair it with our inks and markers for a kit that does almost everything.

How We Use It

Work dry first, then add water. Sketch in pencil or waterproof ink, add washes, and let each layer dry before the next. If you plan heavy water, tape the edges of the sheet to a board after removing it so it dries flatter.
