The Sennelier Soft Pastel Half Stick Winter Mountains set is a small palette for big, cold landscapes. Indigo and Ultramarine Deep for shadowed ridges, Steel Blue for distance and ice, Reseda Grey Green for pine and scrub, Reddish Brown Grey for rock, and White for snow and cloud.

These are Sennelier's famous extra soft pastels, almost pure pigment bound with a natural transparent binder, so they lay down velvet colour with the lightest touch. Each half stick is 30mm long and 12mm round: a handy size to carry, and easy to snap for a crisp edge.

About Sennelier
