How is the 'Techne 2' different to the original 'Techne' Lamp?

The Techne Artist Lamp features a brushed steel finish and bright daylight illumination, ideal for general art and drafting. The Techne 2 comes in sleek black satin with adjustable colour temperatures.

The Techne 2 builds on the original with higher colour accuracy (CRI 95+) and three selectable colour temperatures (daylight, cool, warm), making it perfect for professional artists, illustrators, and anyone doing colour critical work.

This means the 'Techne' is fixed at 6000 Lumens, and the 'Techne 2' has three options: 6,000 K (daylight), 4,000 K (cool), 2,700 K (warm).
