Calling all our Easter Craft kids! Have you got some cardboard toilet rolls laying around or old tissue boxes?

Art Shed loves watching Art come to life and recycling is not only good for the environment but good for our imagination! These Easter creations were made from cardboard laying around the house. Kids, please remember to ask an adult for permission first and for supervision if using scissors.

Art shed Arty tip: if you would like to make a “fluffy bunny”, glue some cotton balls to your toilet roll bunny.

Popsicle animals and baskets:

Popsicle animals and baskets are a great easter activity! Fun activities like these give your kids exposure to sensory and creative development.

Popsicle Animals

Materials list:

You can create so many different animals and creatures using popsicle sticks!

Start by glueing your popsicle sticks to paper, and then cut around it to keep the shape of the animal.

You can then paint the pop sticks and attach googly eyes, feathers and more!

Attach some string or pipe cleaners to the top of your popsicle animal to turn them into puppets. You can even tie a knot at the end of your string big enough to slip over your fingers.

Using the remainder of your popsicle sticks you can create a control bar and attach your popsicle puppets.
