About the Author

Artist and educator Satyajit Sinari, known as 'Sin Arty' - is the author of Step-by-Step Portraits from Simple Shapes, a beginner-focused guide to learning the fundamentals of portrait drawing. Born into a family of artists, notably both parents are architects - Satyajit was introduced to painting by his grandfather at a very early age. This insired him to continue with art and he has become an incredibly accomplished portrait artist.
