About Water Lilies

Claude Monet spent the last decades of his life painting the water lily pond in his garden at Giverny, in France, returning to it again and again in different light and seasons. The result was a series of around 250 paintings that changed how artists think about colour and light. As diamond art, the soft reflections become tiny points of sparkle, just like sun on water.

How Diamond Art Works

1. Find your colour. Each symbol on the design matches a numbered bag of Dotz. Pick a symbol and find its bag.
2. Fill the tray. Pour a few Dotz into the tray and give it a gentle shake so they sit sparkly side up.
3. Load the pen. Press the tip of the Dotz pen into the wax so it is just sticky enough to lift a gem.
4. Dot the design. Peel back a small strip of the protective film, then press a Dotz onto each matching symbol.
5. Press and finish. When a section is done, press over it firmly with your palm so every Dotz is set.
