The fourth piece in this set is an Acrylic Binder. It produces an elastic, water-resistant, colourless, and transparent film. Use to presize (reduce the absorbency) very absorbent grounds. Can be painted over with acrylic paint and Amsterdam gesso and is fast drying.

Use it pure for full black coverage or mix with acrylics to darken tones. It adheres well to canvas, paper and even wall surfaces.

• 1 x Amsterdam Acrylic Transparent Gesso 120ml - Choose this medium when you want to let the surface show through. It offers invisible grip without coverage, preserving the texture and color of your base while ensuring strong adhesion for acrylic or oil paints. 

• 1 x Amsterdam Acrylic Binder 120ml - This clear, liquid medium lets you seal and mix in one step. Use it as a primer on highly absorbent surfaces to prevent paint from soaking in, or mix it with dry pigments to create your own acrylic colors . Its strong adhesive properties also make it ideal for mixed media.
