Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Paints have been developed to appear, apply and feel like traditional oil paint – with the special quality of being water mixable or water soluble.

These paints have revolutionised oil painting by providing artists with a new formula of oil paint without the addition of traditional solvents and thinners. They can simply be thinned down and cleaned up with water.

This product, 'Viridian Hue', has recently been introduced as a reformulation of 'Viridian', which hasbeen discontinued.
