Same Day Dispatch? You Bet – But Here’s the Fine Print
We pack orders fast - like, really fast. Most orders placed before 11 am AEST on business days are dispatched on the same day.

But here's the thing:
Australia Post doesn’t collect on weekends or public holidays, so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your goodies will be packed on Monday.

Thanks for supporting a real, artist-run business with actual humans packing your parcels, not bots in a warehouse.

Express - We offer Express post on all our products. Orders MUST be placed before 11 am to be shipped the same day.

Please note: if an item is out of stock, our staff will contact you via email.

Same-day shipping does not mean same-day delivery; delivery times vary depending on your postcode.
 

We know you want your items as soon as possible, so Art Shed Online have partnered with Australia Post and Star Track Express to deliver your parcel fast and efficiently!

The majority of our items are sent via Australia Post eParcel, which has tracking information. With this service, Australia Post will attempt delivery of your item, and if there is no one at home, they will leave a collection card so you can collect the parcel from your local post office. 

Large items are sent via Star Track Express. The couriers will attempt delivery to your street address. If no one is home, they will leave a card so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time.

Art Shed Online’s 100% satisfaction 60 day returns policy

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be able to return our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a Store Credit, excluding postage.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, in a re-salable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, your store credit will be processed and made available on your Art Shed Online Account.
